Switchyard is made by Pennywise App Studio. One address reaches us for everything:

What to include

  • A problem with the app: the version (Help → About) and what you did just before it went wrong. Never send code you are not allowed to share.
  • Billing, refunds or a licence key: the email address you paid with, and the order number from Dodo Payments' receipt if you have it.
  • Moving a licence more often than the app allows: the address you paid with; we can reset it.

We answer within two business days, usually sooner.

Payments

Orders are processed by Dodo Payments, the merchant of record, who can also help with a payment directly from the links in their receipt. See the refund policy for cancelling and refunds.
